All orders placed through the website are subject to acceptance and availability.

2. Order Acceptance
An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment (for online payments) or order confirmation (for COD).
Ravi Ki Chai reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to:
Item unavailability
Incorrect pricing
Suspicious or fraudulent activity
Delivery area not serviceable
If an order is cancelled by us, any prepaid amount will be refunded as per our refund policy.
3. Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be cancelled once food preparation has started.
Once the order is prepared or dispatched, cancellation is strictly not allowed.
If cancellation is requested before preparation, approval is subject to management discretion.
4. Delivery Policy
Estimated delivery time is 45 - 90minutes.
Delivery time may vary depending on:
Kitchen load
Weather conditions
Traffic
High demand periods
Delay in delivery does not qualify for automatic cancellation or compensation.
Customers must provide accurate delivery details. We are not responsible for delays caused due to incorrect address or unreachable phone number.
5. Out of Stock Items
In rare cases, if an item becomes unavailable after order placement:
Ravi Ki Chai reserves the right to cancel the affected item or full order.
A refund will be processed for prepaid items.
Alternatively, a replacement item may be offered with customer consent.
6. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in INR and are subject to change without prior notice.
Taxes (if applicable) will be included at checkout.
We accept online payments and Cash on Delivery (COD).
In case of payment failure but order confirmation received, customers must verify payment before reordering.
7. Refund Policy
Refunds (if applicable) will only be processed in cases of:
Duplicate payment
Restaurant-side cancellation
Verified major quality issue
Refund timelines may vary depending on payment method and bank processing time.
8. Food Quality & Consumption
Food should be consumed immediately after delivery.
Ravi Ki Chai is not responsible for quality issues arising from delayed consumption.
Taste preferences are subjective and do not qualify for refund.
9. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree:
To provide correct contact and delivery information
To be available at the delivery location
To maintain respectful behavior with staff and delivery personnel
Misconduct may result in refusal of service in the future.
10. Limitation of Liability
Ravi Ki Chai shall not be liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages
Delays caused by external factors
Loss arising from misuse of website
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the order placed.
11. Intellectual Property
All website content including logos, images, text, and branding belongs to Ravi Ki Chai and may not be copied or reused without permission.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
